PM-350 Aerosol Photometer
Product Introduction
The PM-350 Aerosol Photometer is designed for pharmaceutical and food production enterprises to perform on-site leak testing of HEPA filters and filtration systems after installation. It is mainly used to inspect small pinholes and other damage in filter media, such as frame seals, gasket seals, and leaks in the filter structure.
The purpose of leak testing is to verify the sealing performance of HEPA filters and their connection to the installation frame, identify defects in the filters or installation process in time, and take corrective measures to ensure the cleanliness of the controlled area.
The PM-350 can automatically switch between upstream and downstream aerosol concentration measurements to determine whether the filter has leaks. The portable scanning probe allows operators to quickly and accurately locate leakage points in hard-to-reach areas and determine leakage ratios. When the leakage exceeds the alarm threshold, the display screen will activate an alarm.
